Company name

Must be distinct from others
Shareholders At least one (no nationality restriction)
Authorized capital The amount of capital which the company may raise by the issue of shares. Normally, HKD10,000.
Issued capital The sum equal to the nominal value of all the shares which the company has actually issued
Directors At least one (no nationality restriction). The shareholder can also acts as the director
Companies Secretary

Must be a Hong Kong resident or a Hong Kong limited company

  1. To propose a distinct company name which must not be the same as the other already existed on the index of the Hong Kong registered company.
  2. To fill in our form which includes the details of authorized capital, issued capital, shareholders, directors and witness (If all the shareholders sign the documents in our office, we would act as the witness)
  3. Make payment of deposit
  4. We would prepare relevant documents. If customers are not in Hong Kong, we can send the documents by courier. After they have sent back the signed documents and pay the balance, we would submit the documents to the government. The whole process would take around 2 weeks. IT IS NOT NECESSARY FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS TO GO TO HONG KONG IN THE WHOLE REGISTRATION PROCESS.
  5. If customers need to open a Hong Kong bank account, they should go to Hong Kong in person.
